Some “vanished” winnings are a cashout cap, not a void: the T&Cs limit what certain bonuses can pay out, so a balance above the ceiling was never fully withdrawable.

1. Find out which clause was used

   Ask support in writing which rule removed the money, and when. Without that, you are arguing against a guess.

2. Check it against the wording

   Set the clause in the T&Cs, version 1.6, beside your own record of stakes, games, uploads or logins.

3. Dispute it in writing

   A void changes your balance, so we would treat it as account activity under the one-hour rule: write to support as soon as you see it. If you noticed late, write anyway; the formal complaint route allows 6 months.
