When a complaint can move on to Springbok Casino ADR
Springbok Casino ADR, short for alternative dispute resolution, is the step that can follow Springbok's own complaints process. Springbok's player complaints guidelines make it available only once that internal process is complete, and only for complaints over EUR 5,000 or complaints that involve responsible gambling.
Springbok's site footer also shows a ‘File Player Dispute’ link to centraldisputesystem.com. That is Springbok's own link, and we have not verified the service behind it.

What ADR means in Springbok's complaints guidelines
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) puts a disagreement in front of someone outside the casino after the casino's own staff have given their final word. At Springbok it is the last stage on the complaint route, after the written dispute to support and the signed complaint form.
What we can confirm from the guidelines is brief: ADR is available after the internal process, for complaints over the threshold or involving responsible gambling. Springbok player complaints guidelines · checked 9 Oct 2026 We have not confirmed which outside service handles it, whether it charges a fee, how long it takes or whether Springbok has to accept its decision. Where any of that matters to you, ask Springbok in writing before you start, and keep the answer with your papers.
Who qualifies for ADR: two gates to pass
A complaint has to get through both gates below. The first is about timing; the second is about the kind of complaint.
Gate 1: the internal process is over
ADR is not a shortcut around Springbok. The guidelines place it after the internal complaints process. In practice that points to having sent the signed complaint form and received Springbok's answer to it. If the resolution target of 4 weeks (or 5 business days for responsible gambling) has passed with no answer, ask the complaints desk in writing for its final position before you look further.
Gate 2: a large sum, or responsible gambling
The guidelines name two ways through: a complaint over EUR 5,000, or one that involves responsible gambling, whatever the amount. The threshold is set in euros while your Springbok balance is in rand, so convert the amount at a current exchange rate on the day you apply, and say in your request which rate you used.
| Complaint | Passes gate 2? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A disputed spin or hand worth less than EUR 5,000 | No | Under the threshold and not about responsible gambling |
| Voided winnings worth more than EUR 5,000 | Yes, once the internal process ends | Over the threshold |
| A deposit limit you asked for was not applied | Yes, whatever the amount | Involves responsible gambling |
| Deposits taken during a self-exclusion you requested | Yes, whatever the amount | Involves responsible gambling |
| A slow reply from support, with no money in dispute | No | Neither condition is met |
These examples show how the two published conditions read. They are not a forecast of how any complaint will be handled. Springbok player complaints guidelines · checked 9 Oct 2026
Complaints that involve responsible gambling
Springbok's guidelines treat responsible-gambling complaints differently at two points: a faster lane inside the internal process, and access to ADR whatever the amount.
The responsible-gambling lane
- Acknowledged within
- 2 business days Springbok player complaints guidelines · checked 9 Oct 2026
- Resolution target
- 5 business days
- ADR
- Open after the internal process, at any amount
Springbok lists two tools on its responsible gaming page, both arranged through support: daily or monthly deposit limits, and self-exclusion lasting at least one month. Springbok responsible gaming page · checked 9 Oct 2026 When a request for one of them is ignored or applied late, the complaint is about responsible gambling and not only about money. Say so plainly in the subject line and in the first sentence of the form.
If you asked for a limit or an exclusion by chat or email, you already hold the strongest evidence: the dated request. Attach it, together with a record of any deposits or play that followed. This guide to self-exclusion at Springbok covers how to make that request in the first place.
Building an ADR file from your complaint trail
Whoever reviews an ADR request sees only what you send. Put the trail together in date order before you apply.
The original dispute
Your first written message to support, with its date and time, and the screenshots you took when the problem happened.
Support's reply
The chat transcript or email in which support answered, including any rule it quoted.
The signed complaint form
A copy of the form exactly as you sent it, the covering email to complaints@springbokcasino.co.za and the date it went.
The acknowledgement and final answer
Springbok's acknowledgement, any follow-ups and its final answer, or your own dated note that the target passed without one.
A one-page summary
What happened, what you are asking for, the amount in rand and in euros, and why the complaint passes both gates. Quote the clause in question from the T&Cs, version 1.6.
If your complaint does not qualify for ADR
A complaint under the threshold that has nothing to do with responsible gambling meets neither condition. For that kind of complaint the guidelines, as we read them, do not offer ADR, and Springbok's answer to the formal complaint is the end of its published route.
That still leaves practical moves:
- Ask for the reasoning in writing. An answer that names the clause and the facts it relied on is something you can check against the T&Cs yourself.
- Point to a specific error. If the answer gets a date, an amount or the clause wrong, reply once with that single point and your evidence.
- Learn the rule before your next session. If a bonus or inactivity clause caused the loss, the voided-winnings file explains how to avoid a repeat.
- Step back if it has stopped being fun. Playing on to recover a disputed balance tends to deepen the loss, not repair it. The help lines page lists free, confidential support.
