How we check the rules in this case file

Bok Case File is an independent guide to Springbok Casino's complaint and dispute rules. Every deadline, address and response target on the site is read from a public Springbok page, stored with that page's address and the date we read it, and shown with a source link so you can check it yourself.

Who runs this guide

The site is published independently and paid for by affiliate commission. We are not Springbok Casino, we are not part of its support or complaints staff, and we have no access to any player's account. We do not put names on articles: the publisher is the site itself, and corrections go to one shared mailbox.

The money side is set out plainly in our affiliate disclosure, including where the link appears and where it never does.

How a rule gets onto a page

  1. Read the source

We go to the Springbok page that states the rule. Usually that means the terms (we work from version 1.6, dated 4 March 2026), the player complaints guidelines, the support page, the withdrawal authorisation page or the responsible gaming page.

  2. Record it with a date

The wording goes into a shared facts register with the page address and the day it was read. Pages pull deadlines and addresses from that register instead of retyping them, so one correction reaches every page at once.

  3. Say who is speaking

Where only Springbok states something, such as its support hours, we write “Springbok says”. Where two Springbok pages disagree, we print both versions rather than quietly choosing one.

  4. Re-read and re-date

Every page carries a “Last checked” date and a list of sources. When we re-read a source the date moves, and when a rule changes the page changes with it.

What this guide will not do

  • Rate, score or award stars to Springbok or to any game
  • Claim to have played, deposited, won or complained ourselves
  • Publish jackpot amounts, winner lists or player testimonials
  • Promise how a complaint will end, or act for you in one
  • Repeat Springbok's marketing lines as if they were our findings

Spotted something out of date? Email hello@casinospringbok.org with the page and the Springbok source, and we will re-read it.
