How this complaints guide is paid for
Bok Case File is funded by affiliate commission. When someone opens a Springbok Casino account after clicking our tracked link, Springbok's affiliate programme pays us. It is the site's only income, and it costs you nothing extra.

Where the affiliate link appears
There is one tracked link, and it is always marked as sponsored. It sits in the header button and the footer of every page, in a single “Visit Springbok” panel on the home page, and in an offer box on the page-not-found screen.
It is left out of the body of the dispute, complaint, escalation and voided-winnings files on purpose. A reader on those pages usually has a problem with Springbok, and a sign-up button in the middle of that would be the wrong thing to put in front of them.
What the commission does not change
- We describe Springbok's complaint rules as written, including the ones that work against players, such as voided winnings and short deadlines.
- Where Springbok's own pages contradict each other, we print both versions.
- We do not accept payment to change, remove or delay a page.
- We never rate Springbok, so there is no score for commission to push up.
What happens when you click it
The link goes to Springbok's affiliate tracking address first and then on to Springbok Casino. That tracking service, not this site, records that the visit came from us. We receive the programme's reports for our tracking code; they never include your password or payment details. The rest is in cookies and privacy.
